Auto Batch and Manual Batch
Item can be assigned as auto batch or manual batch. Choose auto batch for your items, if you want to sell in first-in-first-out basis. Use manual batch if you want to select the batch of an item while making an invoice for it.
Assign expiration dates that will help you keep track of each batch’s expiration date.
Every item can be assigned to the lot number, so you'll know exactly where individual batches of your products are, and when they expire.

Specify your own lot number to segregate the stock of the same item for various reasons like different suppliers, different prices, manufactured with a custom bill of materials and taxes, etc.

Quickly view a list of all the items and their expiration dates.

Sell batched tracked inventory with ease, the system will automatically select batches for fulfillment based on First in First out (FIFO) logic. You can also select specific batches for your customers.
System also allows you to stop selling expired batches to save time.
Generate report of batches and expiry dates and see where they were created, sold, used or adjusted.
You can also see the vendor you purchased the batch from or the manufacturing order you created the batch on or the customer that purchased the batch.
