Automated order status check

When the order is first created in the system you can optionally notify the customer of its status. In the email that AltheaSuite sends to the customer, they will also receive a link to check their order status at anytime.
If the customer's order is already shipped and shipping details has been entered in the system by your team, the customer will also see the shipping details along with tracking number when they click the link they received earlier for order status enquiry.
