Pick and Pack Orders
You have full control on which items to pack in a shipment.
When picking items from the warehouse, operators can use the barcode scanner to verify that items are correct.
When customers urgently need you to ship a part of the order they placed, you can process partial items, partial quantities and move remaining items to new order.
In addition, you can hold packing process until a specific step.
When packing an order, items are automatically invoiced after being packed in AltheaSuite.

Automated order status check

If the customer's order is already shipped and shipping details has been entered in the system by your team, the customer will also see the shipping details along with tracking number when they click the link they received earlier for order status enquiry.
