AltheaSuite Integration With Hubspot
This document will show you the steps on how to connect your HubSpot account with the AltheaSuite application and then sync your data between the applications.
There are 2 different ways to connect the applications for this integration:
- Connect the AltheaSuite app from HubSpot App Marketplace.
- Connect HubSpot app from the AltheaSuite application.
Connect the AltheaSuite Application from HubSpot App Marketplace
Step 1
Go to HubSpot App Marketplace and then search for AltheaSuite.
Step 2
Select the AltheaSuite option from the search list and click on the Install app button as shown.
Step 3
In this step your user experience can differ based on your login status with AltheaSuite.
A) You have never logged into your AltheaSuite account from your the computer you are currently using.
In this case, the HubSpot connector App would need to know your AltheaSuite account name in order to connect your HubSpot account.
You will see the following screen:
On the screen you will need to provide your AltheaSuite account name, which is the first of the URL you use to log into your AltheaSuite account.
For example: if use mycompany.AltheaSuite.com to log into your AltheaSuite account, please provide mycompany in the box above
B) You have logged into your AltheaSuite account from your the computer you are currently using but currently you are logged out of your AltheaSuite account.
On this screen you can login using your user Id / Password of AltheaSuite account or if you have set up your AltheaSuite account with Google or Apple integrated login, you can use one of those accounts.
C) Your use your computer to access your AltheaSuite account and are currently logged into the AltheaSuite using the same browser.
If you are already logged into AltheaSuite account in the same browser and trying to install the HubSpot AltheaSuite App, the installer will take you straight to HubSpot integration settings in AltheaSuite.
Irrespective of which situation your initially encountered, the installer, will finally bring to the screen you see in situation C above.
Step 4
At this point installer knows your AltheaSuite account and now you will need to click on “Connect AltheaSuite to your HubSpot Account” button.
Since you are coming from your HubSpot account and HubSpot market place, your browser will already be logged into your HubSpot account and you will see the following screen
After clicking on “Connect app” button indicated by arrow (1) you will see the robot check pointed by arrow (2). The robot check window from HubSpot get hidden under the bottom edge of your window sometime, you will need to scroll your window to see that part of the user interface.
Step 5
At this step you have connected your HubSpot account to your AltheaSuite account.
You will see the following screen:
In this screen you should click on Synchronize Data to HubSpot for one time data synchronization between your HubSpot account and your AltheaSuite account.
After this One-Time data synchronization, AltheaSuite will keep both your accounts in sync in the real time. You will not need to synchronize the data manually again.
Connect HubSpot app from the AltheaSuite application.
Step 1
Login to your AltheaSuite account. Use your account login and password.
Step 2
Go to the Settings module, click on the HubSpot option.
Step 3
Click on Connect AltheaSuite to your HubSpot Account.
Step 4
You might be asked to log into your HubSpot account if you are not logged in already
Step 5
You will see an Authentication window as shown below, click on the Connect App button.
Step 6
Once your HubSpot account is connected with AltheaSuite, you will see your HubSpot Account Name and Account Number.
In this screen you should click on Synchronize Data to HubSpot for one time data synchronization between your HubSpot account and your AltheaSuite account.
After this One-Time data synchronization, AltheaSuite will keep both your accounts in sync in the real time. You will not need to synchronize the data manually again.
