You can use Althea POS’s built-in Time Clock module to help track your employees’ hours.

To clock the employee In

Click on the Clock button next to the name of the currently logged-in employee which will bring up the Time In/ Time Out page.

By default logged in employee/user will selected. If you logged in as admin and want to record your employees time clock, Select the Employee and click on Time In

Note: If the selected employee is already clocked in, a start time is listed for the Time In/Time Out page.

To clock the employee out 

Click on Clock button next to the name of the currently logged-in employee which will bring up the Time In/ Time Out page.


 Select the Employee and click on Time Out.

Your employees can also clock themselves in and out using their Login Credential.

Application will automatically records employee time in, when an employee logins to the software.

Click on Clock button next to the name of the currently logged-in employee which will bring up the Clock In/Out page.

Click on Time Out to clock out.

You can review your employee’s logged hours by navigating to EmployeesTime In/Time Out and you can see and edit the times at which they clocked in and out.
