Clocking Employee In and Out

Step 1 : Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: If the logged in employee wants to record their own Time In, click on the top right hand side and select Time In / Time Out.

Step 3: In the Time In Detail window, logged in Employee name and logged in Date and Time will be selected by default. Click Time In.

Note: You can also click on Print to get the complete details of Time In and Time Out of selected employee in a Date range.

Step 4: If the logged in employee wants to record their own Time Out, again click on the top right hand side and select Time In / Time Out.

Step 5: In the Time Out Detail window, logged in Employee name and the current Date and Time will be selected by default. Click Time Out.

Note: To view the Time In Time Out details of all the employees you can go to Employees > Time In / Time Out.

If you want yourself to be logged out of AltheaSuite as soon as you Clock Out, go to Settings > General Settings and mark the checkbox Logout the user while clocking out.

Step 6: If you are an authorized person to record Time In and Time Out of any employee you can go to Employees > Time In / Time Out and click New.

Step 7: In the New Time In / Time Out window select the Employee, Time In detail (Date and Time) and click Time In.

Step 8: To record the Time Out click on context menu (3 dotted button) and select Modify.

Step 9: You can change the Time In detail if required and enter the Time Out. Click Update.

Note: If you do not want Employees to update their own Clock In and Out saved details, go to Settings > General Settings and mark the checkbox Do not allow employees to modify self time cards.
