Create a new Quotation

Step 1: Go to the Quotations module and click on the New toolbar button.

Step 2New Quotation window will open, click on the 3 dotted button to create a new Status for the Quotation.

Step 3: Click on Add Quotation Status toolbar button.

Step 4: Give a name to the Quotation Status. Click on Create.

Step 5: To create more Status you can repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4. Select a status from the grid and click on OK.

Step 6: Select the details for the Quotation:

Made By: Click on the drop-down to select the employee.

Customer: Enter the first few letters of the customer’s name or click on the drop-down menu to select the customer.

Quotation Reference Number: You can enter the reference number for the quotation document if you have any. This is an optional field.

Tax: Click on the drop-down to select the applicable tax.

Step 7: Click on the drop-down menu to select the item. You can also enter the first few letters of the Item name and then select the item from the list.

Step 8: Once the item is added to the grid, you can change its Quantity and Unit Sales Price.

Step 9: Click on the Create button to save the Quotation document.

Step 10: The Quotation document saved will show in the Quotation manager grid.
