How to Add a Group Item to an Order

Creating an Order with Group Items

To create an order with group items in AltheaSuite, follow the steps below:

Log in to your AltheaSuite account using your credentials.

Navigate to Orders > Orders, click on + New to create new Order.

Add all the required information to the order.

When the “Is a Group Item” flag is enabled in the item manager, the child items will be displayed under the group item within the order.

Alternatively, you can display child items separately in the item grid by enabling the “Add as a Child” flag in the Item manager.

When you add a group item SKU to the order with the “Add as a Child” flag enabled, all the child items will appear separately in the item grid.

You can click on ‘Receive Deposit’ to record a deposit against the order before creating it, or simply click “Create” to proceed without a deposit.
