Adding Another Contact In Customer Account

Second Contact can be created in AltheaSuite by following below steps.

Step 1: Login into your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu, select Customers > Customers and then click on +New button to open New Customer Page.

Step 3: Enter name of a “Customer” and check the box – “Is a Company” 


Fill all the required information of Customer like phone number, complete billing and shipping address.

Now, Click on “Contact” +New, under the Customer’s address.

Step 4: Enter required details like “Name of another contact” and her “phone number”. Then Click on Create.

Step 5:  Another contact information has been added with Customer details.  Click on “Create”

Step 6: Go back to main menu, select Sales > Sales Invoice and then Click on +Create Invoice.

Step 7:  ‘Customer contact’ information is now reflecting on New Invoice.  By clicking on three dots in customer contact, you may view contact number as well.
