How to add the footfall count of your customers

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: Go to the Settings option and then click on General Settings.

Step 3: Enable the checkbox ‘Show Footfall count button’. Click on Save.

Step 4: You will now see the footsteps icon on the top right corner of the window. Click on the icon. 

Step 5: You will then a message ‘Footfall Counted’.

Step 6: To view the footfall count details, go to the System option, and then click on the Footfalls module. Footfall count will get added as 1 for the Group Count and Member Count. Every click on the footfall icon will add a footfall count.

Ask for Group Member count

Step 1: Go to the Settings option and then click on General Settings.

Step 2: Enable the checkbox ‘Ask group member count for footfall’. Click on Save.

Step 3: Now when you click on the footfall icon, you will see a pop-up window prompting you to enter the number of people.

Step 4: You can enter the number of people in the group and click OK.

Step 5: You will see the member count changed in the footfall detail.
