Method 1

Step 1 :  Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 :  From main menu options navigate to Products > Items.

Step 3: By default All Items will be selected, but if you want to update price of any specific Category, go ahead and select that Category.

Step 4: You can also go to the second filter and select any sub category or item fields to change the item price.

Step 5: Click Export Item List To Excel. This will export all the items of selected category to excel.

Step 6: Look for SALESPRICE column in the downloaded excel. Update the price, save and close the excel.

Step 7: Go back to AltheaSuite and click Upload Items.

Step 8: Click OK on Select Business Location window.

Step 9: Click Browse, select the excel and click Item Upload.

Step 10: You will get a message once the excel is uploaded successfully. Close the message and close the Item Upload window.

Step 11: Refresh the window and you will see the updated Sales Price of items.


Method 2

Step 1: If you want to increase or decrease the item price by fixed percentage (%), click on Bulk Update.

Step 2: Select % Increased By or % Decreased By based on your requirement. Enter the percentage and mark the checkbox.

Step 3: Click on Apply.

Step 4: You will see the item sales price increased by 5% for selected category.
