How to Capture Customer Signature on Invoice

Step 1 : Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 : Go to Settings > Invoice Settings.

 

Step 3 : Mark the checkbox Show option to capture customer signature on invoice. Click Apply.

 

Step 4: Go to Sales > Sales Invoices and click Create Invoice.

 

Step 5: Select the Customer.

 

 

Step 6: Select the item by clicking on three dotted button, drop down list or by typing the item name.

Step 7: Click on Pay Now.

Step 8: Select the Payment mode and enter the Amount.

Step 9: Mark the checkbox Capture Customer Signature and click Save or Save & Print.

Step 10: Customer Signature screen will open. Enter the name of the person who will Sign in the Signed By field.

Step 11: Click Start to enter the Signature.

Step 12: After entering the Signature click on Accept. 

Note: You can also click on Clear to remove the current Signature and add a new one.

Step 13: You can also add single or multiple Pictures if required with Picture Notes and click OK.

Customer Signature will also be visible when you view the saved sales invoice. If you have saved an invoice without Customer Signature you can add the Customer Signature to the invoice later. Follow below steps:

  1. Go to Sales > Sales Invoices.

     

      2. Select the Sales Invoice, click on context menu (3 dotted button) and select Capture Customer Signature.

        3. Enter the details in the Customer Signature screen as directed above.
