How to change price of a product during billing

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

In order to use this feature, go to the Settings and select invoice settings.

2. Switch on ‘Allow to change Price at the time of Invoice’ in the invoice Settings. Click the Apply button.

3. From the main menu option, go to Sales –>Sales Invoice.

4. Click on Create Invoice to create a new sales invoice.

5. Select the item you’re selling. AltheaSutie populates the default price of the item.

6. To change item sales price, simply click the Unit Price field of the item and edit the price as required.

Note: The price of the item can be a positive or zero amount. Price change is applicable only for current invoice.

7. Once finished, click Pay Now button to update the payment detail.

8. Select the payment mode and click Save button.
