How to change Printing Format of Documents

You can follow this article to know how a default Printing Format can be changed for documents like Sales Invoice, Purchase, Order, etc.

Step 1 :  Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 : From main menu options navigate to Locations -> Business Location.

Step 3: Select the business location, click on context menu (3 dotted button) and select Printing Formats

Step 4: Select the Document Type by clicking on drop down option. Here we have selected the Sales Invoice Document Type.

Step 5: As soon as you select the Document Type, default Report Format name will show up.

Step 6: Remove the current Report Format name and click on drop down option or 3 dotted button to select a different format.

Step 7: Click on Save.

Step 8: You can follow the same procedure to change the Printing Formats of other Documents. Once completed, cancel the window.

Step 9: Hereafter whenever you save a PDF or take a print of Sales Invoice, you will see a new format.
