Changing Serial Number of Faulty Item 

A Serial number of faulty item can be Replaced in AltheaSuite by following below steps.

Step 1: Login into your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu, select Sales > Sales Invoice.  Click on the context menu of a sales Invoice of faulty item.

 

Step 3: Click on Reserve Inventory.

 

Step 4: Click on ‘Context menu’ of an item needs to be replaced. Click on Replace Faulty Item.

 

Step 5: Select serial number of a new item which is in hand, then select warehouse where faulty item needs to send.  And click Replace.

 

Note: Now, serial number is updated, and replaced item is ready for dispatch.
