How to check and Print Pending Orders

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu on the left, navigate to Deliveries > Pending Deliveries

Pending Deliveries shows you the list of all your Pending Delivery orders that have not been converted to Trips yet. 

These could be:

• Web Orders that customers have placed orders for and assigning a Delivery Order to. 
• In-Store Orders placed by the staff where the customer wants to get it delivered.
  
  

Step 3: Select the Delivery Slots from the left side of the screen for whom you want to see the pending delivery orders.

Step 4: Select the orders from the right side section of the screen. These will be the orders that you want to print a consolidated list for.

Step 5: Click the Print button to print out the selected orders.This will popup confirmation message, click Yes to print out the selected orders.
