How to Check Attributes when Creating Order

Attributes can be checked and modified in AltheaSuite by following below steps.

Login into your AltheaSuite account.

To view stock based on item attributes, go to Inventory > Attribute Stock, where you can see stock details along with their respected attributes.

From the main menu, go to Orders > Orders. Next, click on the “New” button to create new order.

Fill in the necessary details for the order. Before adding an item, click on the option “Add new line for each serial number“. This ensures that the QLN of item is added to the serial number field for each unit.

Select the Attributes and its Value, then click on create.

If you want to add another attribute, simply click the ” + ” icon to create it.

The grid will display the quantities of the items based on their attributes and value.

You may also select the Show Attribute Stock and it you will be redirected to “Attribute Stock” Screen

To assign a serial number, click on the context menu next to the item and select the appropriate option.

If needed, attributes can also be modified using the context menu.

In the grid, the serial number column will include the item’s serial number along with its associated attributes.
