How to check Awaiting Stock

AltheaSuite provides an option where you can check all the requested item stock at one place. Before creating a PO or a Stock Transfer Request you can quickly check the Awaiting Stock to avoid holding too much inventory.

Step 1 :  Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 : From main menu options navigate to Inventory -> Awaiting Stock.

Step 3: You can check the list of Awaiting Stock through different mediums.

Pending POs – This will give list of all the items for which PO is created but the products are not yet received.

Pending Stock Requests – This will give list of all the items for which Stock Request is raised but the products are not yet received.

In Transit – This will give list of all the items that are in Transit.

Do not Include back orders – If this checkbox is marked back orders will not be considered while giving the list of items under PO, Stock Request and In Transit.

Sum up Quantity – If this checkbox is marked you will get a sum of multiple pending PO’s of each item.

Step 4: There are various filters provided to get list of Awaiting Stock items. 

Preferred Supplier – You will get a list of items based on selected Preferred Supplier.

Supplier: You will get a list of items with Pending PO’s based on selected Supplier.

Warehouse: You will get a list of items with Pending PO’s based on selected Warehouse.

Item Attributes – You will get a list of items based on Item Attributes selected (Item Attributes are Has BOM, Not for Sale, etc).

Only Consider POs with WF States – You will get a list of items with Pending PO’s based on selected PO Workflow States.

Do Not Consider POs with WF States – The PO’s with selected Workflow States will not be considered while giving the list of items.
