How to Check Stock in Stock Manager

Follow these steps to Check Stock in Stock Manager in AltheaSuite.

Step 1: Login into your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu, navigate to Inventory > Stock 

In stock, you will find columns similar to those in Item manager.

You can check Stock based on the following quantities: 

• Quantity: Total stock

• Pending Fulfillment Qty in Orders: Stock allocated to pending orders.

• Total Scheduled Qty: Stock planned for fulfillment.

• Available Qty: Stock available for new sales.

• Total Qty to Sell: Final Stock available for sale.

Stock Calculations

• Available Qty Calculation.

Available Qty = Quantity – Pending Fulfillment Qty In Orders

 Example:

• Quantity (Total Stock): 50

• Pending Fulfillment Qty In Orders: 8

• Total Scheduled Qty: 4

• Available Qty: 42

Calculation:

Available Qty = Quantity – Pending Fulfillment Qty In Orders 

Available Qty = 50 – 8 = 42

Total Qty to Sell Calculation

Formula:
Total Qty to Sell = Quantity – Total Scheduled Qty

Total Qty to Sell = 50 – 4 = 46

Note:

• Pending fulfillment orders reduce Available Stock.
• Total Scheduled Qty affects Total Qty to Sell, but not Available Qty.
