How to Create Group Items in AltheaSuite

To create Group Item in AltheaSuite follow the steps below.

Login using your AltheaSuite credentials.

To create new item, navigate to Products > Items, and click on the +New button.

Enter the Item name and check the box labeled “Is a Group”. Then, click on “Define Group” to add the individual items that make up the group.

To add items to the group, click on the three-dot icon, in the column. 

Check the box labeled “Suggest Sales Price”. Once selected, the unit cost price will display. Enter the markup percentage, then click “Apply” to get the “New Sales price” of the group item. Click on Save to update.

You can add all the relevant item details, then click on “Create” to save the group item.
