How to create a Sales Invoice from a Repeat Service

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu option navigate to Repeat Services > Services.

Step 3: In the ‘Services’ module you will be able to look at all the repeating services that were created for a particular Subscription. 
You can now select the respective Service that has to be invoiced. Then click on the 3 dotted area.

Step 4: Click on ‘Perform Service’.

Step 5: On the perform service screen, scroll down to specify the ‘Duration’, ‘Actual Start Date’, and ‘Actual End Date’ for the service.

If required you can also add more items to the service or modify quantities and sales prices of items and services.

Step 6: Scroll down and click on ‘Create Invoice’. 

Step 7: You will now be redirected to the Sales Invoice screen where you can mention Shipping Addresses, add Shipping cost and make other alterations.

Step 8: Now scroll down and click on ‘Pay Now’.

Step 9: Select the required mode of payment and enter the amount.

Then click on Save & Print to complete the process and generate an Invoice.
