Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From main menu options, go to Sales –> Sales Invoices.

Step 3: Select the sales invoice you want edit.

Step 4: Click Invoice Options [:], then select Edit.

Editing invoices can involve,

    • Editing general invoice details like customer and employee.

    • Adding, removing, editing invoice line items.

    • Updating delivery details.

Step 5: Edit invoice details as required. In this tutorial, I’m editing the quantity of the Running Shoe to 2 quantities.

Step 6: Once finished, click Pay Now button to update the payment detail.

Step 7: Select the payment mode and click Save.
