How to Hold and Pick a Purchase

AltheaSuite provides an option to hold the Purchase while creating and later pick and complete it.

Step 1 : Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 : From the main menu, navigate to Purchases > Purchases

Step 3 : Click New to create a new Purchase.

Step 4 : Select the Supplier.

Step 5 : Add items to purchase. If you click on the item field, a drop-down list of your items will appear or you can type in the item’s name to find the desired item. You can also scan the SKU from SKU field.

Step 6 : Click Hold. Purchase gets saved with Held status.

Pick Held Purchase

Step 1 : Go to Purchases > Purchases, select the the Held Purchase, click on context menu and select  Pick Held.
