How to import Reorder Rules for Items from an excel file

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: Go to Reorder Management under the Purchases. Click on the Export Reorder Rules toolbar button to export the items to an excel file. The system will download an excel file ‘ItemReorder List.xlsx’

Step 3: You will see the items in the excel file with columns as shown below.

Step 4: Enter the item quantity in ‘REORDERWHENLESSTHAN’, ‘MINIMUMSAFETYSTOCKTOKEEP’ or ‘FIXEDQTYTOREORDER’ columns. Once the values are entered, save the excel file.

Step 5: Now click on the Import Reorder Rules toolbar button to upload the saved Excel file.

Step 6: In the Import Reorder Rules window, select the warehouse for which you want the reorder rules to be applied. Click on the Browse button to select the excel file from your system.

Step 7: Once the file is selected, click on the Reorder Item Upload.

Step 8: You will see a success message pop up after all the items are uploaded successfully.

Step 9: You can then see the Reorder Rules for items in the grid.
