Making an Item Inactive

When an item is not active, follow these steps to turn it into an inactive item in AltheaSuite.

Step 1: Login into your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu, select Products > Items.

Step 3: Select the item which is inactive and click on Modify from the context menu to open modify item page.

Step 4: In the item attributes section, look for Is Active field. Uncheck it and then update.

Note: To view the inactive items, check the Show Inactive Items Only checkbox.

In addition, to view the active items, choose the Is Active option from the Item Attributes drop down menu.
