How to make a payment to Payment Aggregator

In AltheaSuite, you can add a Payment Aggregator and make payment to them for the purchases created for different suppliers.

Add a Payment Aggregator

Step 1 :  Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 :  Navigate to Purchases > Payment Aggregators > New.

Step 3: Enter the Payment Aggregator Name and Contact details. Contact details are optional.

Step 4: Enter the Name To Print On Check. This is an optional field.

Step 5: Select the Financial Account for the Payment Aggregator. This is a required field. Click Save.

Make Payment to Payment Aggregator

Step 1: Go to Purchases > Make Payments > Make Payment to Payment Aggregator.

Step 2: Select the Payment Aggregator. All the Purchases with pending payment will be listed.

Step 3: Select the purchase to make payment. You can also adjust the pending amount if you are not paying the complete amount.

Step 4: Select the payment option, enter the Amount and click Create.
