Managing Credit card Commissions

To manage credit card commissions in AltheaSuite, follow the steps below.

The credit card commission feature is located under General Settings. It is disabled by default, with the commission rate set to 0%.

Once the setting is enabled and a default percentage is entered, the credit card commission will appear on the Sales Invoice, Receive Payment and Order Deposit Received screens. It will be calculated based on the transaction amount.

You can also modify the default commission percentage or amount during document creation, if needed.

Financial transactions associated with the commission amount are handled once the document is saved.

The commission is displayed as shown in the Order Deposit screen below.
