How to modify an Invoice created from a Repeat Service

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: From the main menu option navigate to Repeat Services > Services.

Step 3: Here you can navigate to the service whose invoice you want to modify. Then click on the 3 dotted area.

Step 4: Click on ‘Modify Invoice’.

Step 5: Now you can make the required changes in the invoice. You can change quantities of products, add or remove products, change their prices, etc.

Step 6: Then you can click on the ‘Pay Now’ button to move to the payment page.
On the Payment page, you will see the last selected payment mode with which payment was made. You can change the payment mode here if required.

After you have chosen the payment mode click on Save & Print to generate the updated invoice.
