Modifying Orders in AltheaSuite

To modify an existing order by adding or removing an item along with it’s serial number, follow the steps below:

Log in to your AltheaSuite account using your credentials

Navigate to Orders then click the context menu (three dots) next to the order you want to modify.

Select ‘Modify” to open the order for editing.

Add an item to the Order

Enter the SKU of the item you wish to add, along with its serial number. It will be added to the order item grid.

Click update to save the changes made to the order.

Remove Item from the Order

To remove an item from the order along with its serial number, click on the context menu next to the item and select ‘Remove‘. 

Then, click update to save the changes made to the order.
