How to Modify Schedule Delivery Date

Modify Scheduled Delivery in Orders

To Modify the Schedule a delivery in Orders, follow the steps below: 

Log in to your AltheaSuite account using your credentials.

Navigate to Orders > Orders, then edit the existing order for which you want to update the delivery date.

In the item grid, click on the context menu and select the Schedule Delivery to modify.

Or you may simply click the calendar icon in the “Schedule Delivery Date” column to update the delivery date.

Alternatively, navigate to Deliveries > Trips. From the “Trips” screen, you can also modify the delivery date at the time of delivery by selecting the “Deliver” option .

You can Modify the delivery date by clicking the calendar icon.

Mark the item as undelivered using the option of “Mark As Undelivered” at the bottom of the screen.

Once delivery date is updated, click on “End Trip” to complete it.
