How to put a Stock Transfer on Hold

In this tutorial we will learn how to hold a Stock Transfer and how to pick a held Stock Transfer.

Step 1 : Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2 : From the main menu, navigate to Inventory > Stock transfer

Step 3: Click on New Stock Transfer.

Step 4: Add a New Stock Transfer. Select the From and To Warehouse.

Step 5: Add items that are required to be transferred. If you click on the item field, a drop-down list of your items will appear or you can type in the item’s name to find the desired item. You can also scan the SKU from the SKU field.

Step 5: Click on Hold. Stock Transfer get saved as Held status.

Pick Held Stock Transfer

Step 1 : From Stock Transfer (Stock > Stock Transfer), select the Held stock transfer.
Now click on the 3 dotted icon and select Pick Held. Now you are able to resume with the Stock Transfer.
