How to Reset Password of User Login

AltheaSuite allows you to reset the Password of User Login in case you forgot the Password. 

Method 1

Step 1 : Login to your AltheaSuite account using a Login for which you remember the password.

Step 2 : From the main menu option, go to Employees  > Employees.

Step 3 : To reset the password of an existing User, select the employee, click on context menu (three dotted button) and select Modify.

Step 4 : Enter the new Password.

 Step 5 : Click the Update button.

 

Method 2

Step 1 : Enter the User Id and click on Forgot Password.

Step 2 : Enter the Email, Captcha and click Submit.

Step 3 : You will get a message about email sent with reset password link.

Step 4 : Click on the link received in email to reset your password.

Step 5 : Enter the New Password and click Submit.

Step 6 : You will get a confirmation message informing password is reset successfully. Click on Click Here link.

Step 7 : Enter your User Id and Password, then click Login. Ensure that you enter the new password. You will be successfully logged in to your AltheaSuite account.
