How to Schedule Multiple Quantities of Items in Orders

Managing multiple quantities of items in an order can be efficiently handled in AltheaSuite by following the steps below.

Login into your AltheaSuite account.

From the main menu, go to Orders > Orders. Next, click on the “New” button to create a new order.

Fill in the necessary details for the order. Enter the SKU of the product you want to add and in the quantity field, add multiple quantities of an item to the order.

While saving the order, do not specify the serial numbers. This is to show how multiple quantities can be scheduled.

Go to “Pending Deliveries”, enter the order number, and click on “Schedule On Calendar” to set the Delivery date. 

You may specify the quantity you want to schedule based on the delivery requirements. 

Enter the number of delivery slots. The “Note” section will display the quantity being scheduled. Click on ‘Save’ to confirm.

Once you come back to the pending deliveries, select “Show Deliveries already assigned to a trip also.

It will show both the scheduled quantities (2) with the schedule date and the pending quantities (3) without schedule date.

Grid will also update the ‘On Trip qty’ and ‘Pending Delivery Qty’

Follow the same procedure to schedule the pending quantities. 

Out of 3 pending quantities we scheduled 1 quantity for the different date and now there are 2 pending quantities left.

Follow the same procedure to schedule the remaining 2 pending quantities. 

The item has been scheduled with different quantities across multiple delivery dates, as per the requirements. This shows how to schedule multiple quantities of the same item.
