How to Use Switch Order Item in AltheaSuite

Here is how to use Switch Order Item in AltheaSuite. NOTE: This only works with items that are not linked combos.

Step 1: Log into your AltheaSuite account. Then, navigate to the Deliveries module, click on Trips, and then click Load Truck. Start with a trip scheduled with a truck that has not been loaded yet.

Step 2: Find the SKU of the item you want to switch out.

If you scroll the item to the right, you can find the Document Number. You will need this number for the next step.

Step 3: Navigate to the Orders page. From here, we can search using the Document Number.

Use the context menu (the three dots on the leftmost column) and select Switch Order Item to open a new screen.

Step 4: In the new screen, you will see a list of items that the order contains. Find the item that you want to switch out and open its context menu (the three dots on the left side).
