Linked Combo Groups 

Follow the steps below to link combo group items to the preferred items

Login to your AltheaSuite account.

To create combo group, navigate to Products > Combo Groups

After creating the Combo Groups.

To link a combo group to an item, go to Products > Items, then click the context menu (three dots) next to the item you want to link the combo group with, and select Modify. 

Enable the options “Is a Combo” and “Is a Linked Combo“. 

Then click on “Set combo” to assign a combo group to this item.

Select the preferred combo group from the list of available combo groups, then use the black arrow to move it to the ‘selected combo group’ section.

Click SAVE to confirm the selection and then click update to apply the changes to the item.

 

Apply Linked Combo Items to a Sales Invoice

To view the linked combo in a sales invoice, simply create a new invoice using the item’s SKU.

As soon as you add the SKU, a screen will appear prompting you to select the combo items . Choose the desired combo items and click “OK” to add them to the invoice.

All the selected combo items will appear in the grid along with the main item.

Now, you can complete the invoice by assigning the serial number.

Click on “Pay Now”, and then proceed to the payments screen to receive the payment.
