Manage Document Status and Action Status for the Service Document

Step 1: Login to your AltheaSuite account.

Step 2: Go to the Settings module. Click on the Services option.

Step 3: In the Service Settings window, click on the 3 dotted button as shown below to define a new Document Status.

Step 4: Click on Add Service Document Status toolbar button.

Step 5: Enter the name in the Service Document Status field. Click on Create.

Step 6: Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more document status.

Step 7: Set the Initial and Final document status.

Step 8: To define the Service Document Action Status, click on the 3 dotted button as shown below.

Step 9: Click on Add Action Status toolbar button.

Step 10: Enter the name in the Action Status field. Click on Create.

Step 11: Repeat steps 8 and 9 to add more action status.

Step 12: Set the Initial and Final action status. Click on the Apply button to save the changes.

 

Change the Document Status and Action Status of a Service Document

Step 1: Click on the 3 dotted icon of a service document and select the Modify option.

Step 2: In the Edit Service Document window, click on the drop-down menu of Document Status and Action Status fields and select the required status value.

Step 3: Click on the Update to save the changes to the service document.

Step 4:  You will now see the status of the service document is changed in the grid.

Whenever you change either the Document Status or the Action Status of a service document, the system will automatically generate a comment on the status change for the service document.
