How to Handle Warranties for Multiple item quantities in Order

To manage warranties for multiple item quantities in order, follow the steps below:

Login to your AltheaSuite account using your credentials.

Navigate to Orders > Orders, then click on +New to create a new order.

Fill in the required order information and enter the SKU for the item you wish to add.

As soon as you enter the SKU, a popup window will appear prompting you to select an extended warranty for the item.

Once the item and its warranty are added to the grid, updating the quantity of the item, will automatically update the quantity of the associated warranty.

Add second item to the order and select the appropriate warranty for that item.

When you select the same warranty for the second item, the system automatically links the warranty to the respective item. This ensures each item has its own designated warranty linked.

If you update the quantity of the second item, the warranty quantity will auto update to match the item quantity.

Once all the items and their corresponding warranties are added, you may proceed to complete and save the order.
