Track history of a Service document

Track Status History of a Service Document

Step 1: Go to the Service Documents manager and select the document for which you want to view the history. Click on the 3 dotted menu icon and then select the View Status History option from the list.

Step 2: You will see the Status History window which will show all the status changes that happened on the selected service document.

You will see both Action Status and Document Status change in the grid along with the start and end time. You can filter the status type by clicking on the filter as shown below.

Step 3: To view the Assignment History, click on the 3 dotted button and select the View Assignment History option.

Step 4: You will then see the Assignment History details of the service document. This will tell you which of your employees have done the service and how much time it took to complete the service.

 

Track Service Document Notes

Step 1: From the Service Documents manager, click on the 3 dotted icon and select the Service Document Notes option from the list.

Step 2: The Service Document Notes window will show you a timeline view of the comments and status changes of the document.

This window will give you the details of the employees who have added comments in the service document or have changed the status of the document.

Step 3: You can also check the Customer Notes from the Customers manager. Select the customer from the grid and click on the 3 dotted icon.

Step 4: Select the Customer Notes option from the list.

Step 5: In the Customer Notes window, you will see a timeline view of all the comments and all the status changes that are created against all the service documents of the selected customer.

You will see the Service document number link button if the comments are associated with any service document. Clicking on the service document number link button will open the respective document.
