Transferring Stock QLN items from Multiple Warehouses

AltheaSuite makes Stock QLN transfer easier and faster across Multiple warehouses.
This feature allows users managing multiple warehouse locations to transfer their QLN stock items in a single workflow. It eliminates the hassle of switching between locations to make the transfer.
This feature is enabled by clicking on the “Allow Multiple Warehouses” checkbox, which lets the system recognize QLN across all the managed warehouses.

STEP 1: Go to Stock Transfers

• “Click” on Inventory from the left side menu
• “Click” on Stock Transfers front the expanded menu 
• “Click” on New QLN Transfer from the top menu

STEP 2: New QLN Transfer page

• “Click” on New QLN Transfer

• The New QLN Transfer page will open

STEP 3: Enabling “Allow to Transfer from all Warehouse”

• “Click” on the checkbox at the bottom left, Allow to Transfer from all Warehouse

NOTE: After Clicking on Allow to Transfer from all Warehouse checkbox, the Screen will now show only the “To warehouse” selection option. Which is the warehouse that requires the stock
This selection enables all sourcing warehouses to be included in the transfer request 

STEP 4: Scan or type the QLN’s

• Scan the requesting QLN
• Lookup for the QLN on the right side
• The grid below will display each QLN added

NOTE: The scanned QLN’s now can be from any warehouse that has the available stock

NOTE: Both items are from different warehouses

STEP 5: Verify the document (Extra step)

• “Click” on save
• The main stock transfer page will open with the newly saved document
• The grid will show “From Warehouse” as blank as its form multiple warehouses
• The “Allow to Transfer from all Warehouse” is selected as “Yes”
